• Free webinars: No payment, no refund applicable.
• Paid products or courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
